8. Liability and Limitations

Not under any condition, including negligence, shall richy.casino be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, direct, or subsequent damages whatsoever (including, with no exception, loss of business information, damages to business profits, business interruption, or any other financial loss) coming from the use (or misuse) of the Service even if richy.casino had previous knowledge of the possibility of such type of damages.

8.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude richy.casino's liability for personal injury or death resulting from its negligence.

9. Terms of Disputes

10. Assignment

11. Severability

12. Amendment

13. Advantage Gambling
